i wonder if some of the difference can be attributable to the 2020 carryover amount. I recall seeing something on the order of $5M that we didnt spend against last years cap that could be carried over to this years available cap. I expect mostly restructures from Ramsey, Donald and something with Stafford with the wildcards (release/trade) being Brockers, Hav and Hekker.
