No one else does that unless they are being taken as being near the end of their career. Stafford isn't a Roethlisberger, he has years left, BR is near the end.
Either way people over-mythify the Brady contracts. For example Brady is already a bigger cap hit in 2021 (28 M) than Stafford is (20 M).
