I forget which one, but in relation to the cap issues, one of the teams' FO types said it is going to be a blood-bath with teams being forced to let players go. It'll flood the available player market. And of course, supply and demand play a role in football as they do in everything else.
I could see some guys that are FAs on the Rams (JJ, Floyd, Hill) or Rams players who could be let go for cap reasons (Brockers, Whit, Havenstein, Fox) sign one year deals or accept contract adjustments at lower salaries in order to stay and weather this tough cap year. Or sign multi year deals that pushes a lot of money into 2022 and 2023 when the Cap should be better.
