We know the Rams are a team that likes to wait until the second and third wave of free agency to fill their holes. But this year, because of the cap shrinking, there's going to be a lot of tier one and tier two guys who are going to have to take tier three money. The Ravens just announced that they won't be tagging Matt judon or Yannick. This off-season feels full of depth at the positions that we need to just grab some decent vets. It's going to get interesting during that second and third wave of free agency.
