Not everyone is going to like all of your decisions. That's the hard part about being a leader. Sometimes you have to make tough decisions, but it's always for the betterment of the entire team and franchise.

McVay wants to WIN. He will upgrade any position to make the entire squad better. Best thing about our HC, he's not afraid to make those tough calls.
That's fine, but don't sign off on $134M of precious cap space just 18 short months ago, two years before you had to and then just to ship him off along with two future first round picks and go from "It's we. Not Me" to "It's him, Not me" and expect people to be happy if this move doesn't work out.....
I agree, he is a great HC and I love that we have him as our HC, but it doesn't absolve him of the pressure he put himself under after making such a bold move.
