Kiser? Sorry, not impactful and can't stay healthy. Young makes too much money for mediocre play. Reeder is solid but look at some the better ILB's around the league and the impact they have in games. We don't have any difference makers inside (or outside if Floyd leaves). This is probably the weakest unit (apart from KR and PR) on the team. We have guys that are very good as 2nd string / special teams players, but the cupboard is pretty bare.

Howard has potential but who knows? Rozeboom couldn't get off the practice squad as I recall.
