play calling

mcvay is not going to give up play calling imo. if gruden came aboard it would be in a more of an advisory, assistant head coach role. im sure jay would prefer to be an oc somewhere but it looks like all those positions are full. i suppose he could take the year off but im not sure thats wise if he wants to continue coaching. that probably means he take a job with his brother or with mcvay. obviously i have no knowledge of this. im just guessing.
