They used to all come during track season (hopefully we will get back to that) and a collogue of mine & I took the day to head North and after enjoying a tremendous day of racing, headed to Siro's a renown establishment and Jay Gruden was at the bar and actually seemed alone.
My friend (Corey) a huge Washington fan asked Jay what he was drinking and ordered him another and both of us sat down enjoying conversation. Corey & Jay debated who should start at RB as I was shocked how much Gruden opened up plus the more Corey kept buying, Jay kept talking. When Corey excused himself, Jay turned to me and said "You don't say much." and I replied that Corey was the Washington fan I wasn't, but then informed him that his brother and I attended the same college as the both of us were University of Dayton alums. Jay drank some more Oatmeal Stout and said, "My brother went to Dayton?" I laughed and Jay did too and then said "No seriously, did he?" Anyway I did not come away that impressed, but he did consume quite a few Stouts at Corey's expense and he assured us a car service was driving him back to the hotel he was staying at, We bought him dinner and ensure he did get into a vehicle that was taking him back to the hotel, I'm sure it was just a regular day for Jay, however, Corey still talks about that day when do things together..
