Yes killrazor nailed it. Snead has done a well above average job overall and I can see why he was kept despite fisher's performance.

My one gripe with Snead is that he over commits in huge contracts that would only work out if the player continues to dominate for most of the length of it.

That hasn't worked at all so far except for Donald and if for some reason he didn't come back to his performance next season then even that contract will look like an overpay.

Williams was awesome this year and deserving of a 1st round tender. I would NOT sign him to a long term contract. He is too small and DBs take a beating having to chase WRs and come up and tackle much bigger TEs and RBs.

I'd still take my chances with retaining Williams. Yes, Snead can find DB's almost effortlessly, but when my eyes see a player that affects the game as much as Williams did this year, I take production over potential.

Sure, we could get a first for Williams and draft a bigger corner. It may work out but your rolling the dice on potential.

Even Snead can come up snake eyes and probably will sooner or later.

The guy is a little small, I guess, but there's no reason why he cant play at the same level or even better next year. Sure he could get injured but so could any DB.

Nope. I'd keep Williams as he was instrumental in closing out two games for us this year.

We are a little cash strapped, but if we can restructure a contract or two, I'd do whatever it takes to keep Williams on the opposite side of Ramsey.
