Unfortunately another team (multiple teams?) probably feels the same way. Will the Rams be able to match any offer he gets? It wouldn't be hard for a team to structure a contract in a way that would make it very hard for the Rams to match.

Ahhh the Famous Poison Pill effect. I like Williams, And if I was another teams GM and I needed a Corner and had a late first round pick I would go ahead and make an offer.
