Yes killrazor nailed it. Snead has done a well above average job overall and I can see why he was kept despite fisher's performance.
My one gripe with Snead is that he over commits in huge contracts that would only work out if the player continues to dominate for most of the length of it.
That hasn't worked at all so far except for Donald and if for some reason he didn't come back to his performance next season then even that contract will look like an overpay.
Williams was awesome this year and deserving of a 1st round tender. I would NOT sign him to a long term contract. He is too small and DBs take a beating having to chase WRs and come up and tackle much bigger TEs and RBs.
