much of that can be moved by restructuring JR and AD. it would hurt future years but the total amount your paying remains the same.

further, i still think that they end up borrowing from future years to offset the dip this year. it makes no sense to drop the salary cap to 185 in 2021 and then see it rise to 210 in 2022.
