Pete Carroll hiring Waldron is all about getting insider information on the Rams Offense, then giving it to his DC. It's also about trying to get the Seahag Offense going as well. They can't figure how to get WR's open against us, so they go get a guy to show them how to do it.
That's what irk's me the most.
In other words, Seattle did exactly what it was supposed to do with a hire. Set out to improve its offense.
If the situation were reversed and the Rams offense struggled, would us "stealing" a qb coach from someone to install as a coordinator be any different?
Not that Seattle is any danger of losing offensive personnel to the Rams...lol.
