Yes with all the humor aside, it does bother the heck out of me too, with all the poaching going on MamaRAMa. I feel when it gets to the point it has with our Rams our Rams should get more compensation. Our Rams are consistently loading up coaching rosters for other teams across the NFL Landscape because of McVays and Sneads success plus a knack for finding and grooming coaches, while we are left scrambling. I remember yrs ago Rams Owner Mr Rosenbloom felt the Dolphins tampered to get Don Shula then Mr Rosenbloom spoke to NFL Commish Pete Rozelle and his Colts received 2 1st Rd Picks I think. Not saying that happened to us recently but when you lose that many Coaches, that seems excessive plus loss of continuity there should be some compensation.
