I'm not flattered by all the poaching. Nothing can really be done about it, but dang, it's bugging the hell out of me.
How the heck are you supposed to have consistency and continuity (in the cases where you WANT it) if your coaching staff turns over every year?
I don't like it. I don't like it at all.
