McVay knows that this is his moment of truth. His tenure with the Rams will be long or shortened depending on how it goes with Stafford. I have great confidence in McVay. I think he took this year's team even farther than it had a right to go.

I agree and nobody knew about Brandon Staley in the whole damn NFL and now he's almost an icon. Anyway, I truly believe McVay wanted to focus on the offense and give it everything at it's disposal and Stafford offers that. Hopefully the Offensive Line can be upgraded and IMO, if the running game stays true plus the defense keeps competing, I believe barring injury, it could be a special year.
