It’s the moment of truth for McVay and Stafford.
All the Stafford was held back by a bad organization narratives are on the spot.
Also, Les Snead is on the spot as well. If this trade is a disaster, then all the previous mistakes will get amplified and Les will be a goner.
Demoff is obviously impervious to getting axed by Kroenke. The finger gets pointed at the personal decisions that cause the financial loss, not the guys writing the contracts.
This is all on McVay and Snead.
Snead is caught here. He had to tie himself to McVay. That was his only ticket to survival from the beginning.
And what’s clear as day is McVay decided he couldn’t win a SB with Goff as his QB. Maybe McVay wasn’t patient enough, but he is certainly decisive. Goff wasn’t getting it, he was making the same mistakes over and over. Some people said well Goff fixed the problem cause he didn’t turn the ball over in his last 2 games. I highly doubt that. But we’ll get to see it in Detroit if that is true.
