I am aware that if the QB makes consistent mistakes it impacts the whole team. That said if coaches and player do the same it is the same so nothing new there. I saw several dropped balls that killed drives so that impacts a QB and the whole team. I saw several inside pass rushes or jailbreaks to Jared that also kill drives or put the QB in poor down and distance and perhaps that is why Wolford was even a consideration but the fact is Jared has been tough and durable and has also overcome those instances more frequently than those who dismiss them would like to recall. That does not change the failed outside running games in games where Jared struggled as well. This discussion reminds me of the problem with baseball and the ever-changing strikezones. Let is suffice that I believe that the decision was made and that we could have kept Jared and built around areas that failed him as well but we will get that chance to see us target those areas around Matthew Stafford. Stafford is an exciting QB because often he was playing from behind leading to great highlights but also a lot of those games were losses. I hope we continue fixing what also was broke because whether it starts with QB. The success of a team is in the trenches. Then you gotta havw weapons.
