Why are we trying to justify why McVay and Rams have traded for Matthew Stafford as if it proves that Goff was so bad a QB or so horrible of a prospect. You guys are just relentless to prove what? The last thing I saw in the last game we played was Aaron Donald unable to execute or be on the field and make any impact and Jaylen Ramsey losing track of Davonte Adams then getting on his teammate. Our defense laid an egg. I am sure there are several defenses that would make an argument that we were not better than theirs. The fact that we ranked so high and yet did not seal the deal had nothing to do with Jared Goff handling pressure in a key moment. The fact that Our new QB1 is better at it will only really matter if we can get to the playoffs and win and continue winning to a SB because I am not a Rams fan just hoping my QB has the best stats in the league or most highlighted plays. Goff is gone. McVay and Snead basically made him a scapegoat for all our shortcomings and failures so I guess that is where you all want to persist but stop being agents of the organization and try to retain some dignity and just keep focusing on what we now have and where this team needs to be this time next year with Matthew Stafford.
That cannot be to hard or do you even know what we need for this new marriage of a QB and HC needs to suceed?
