Makes for great board material, right? Healthy disagreement makes for good dialogue.
I'm honestly surprised that so many on this board find this entire thing positive and/or hopeful.
Our GM and HC are demonstrating some real issues with long term decision making, culture, etc. Say what you will about the NFL being a business, but human beings are human beings..... and this can divide a locker room, breed distrust, etc.
I'm not one that is impressed with giving away draft capital at the rate Snead does, nor signing players to long term contracts then backing away from them. How is that good? I'm not at all impressed with McVay's lack of 'adjustments' or growth since the 2018 Chicago game. I also think Goff has things to work on in his game, including ball security.
With that said, this has the all the look and feel of a hot steamy mess of dysfunction that any long time Ram's fan should recognize. In 2020, it started with the horrific decision on the uniforms and branding and is now here at a QB controversy, just weeks after said QB gutted it out with pins in his hand to almost win two playoff games.
No one wants to consider Kupp is developing injury issues, we have no speed at WR, we ignore TEs and our LT is going on 40 without a lot of depth behind him...not to mention our Center is likely gone.
I guess we should just be glad we aren't the Texans
