The only way I see the Rams to get out of this cap hell is to release some players who salary has outgained there performance. This is nothing personal but some Rams have to go. Whitworth is not worth 11million any more. Brockers is not worth 10 million. Havenstein is not worth 8 million, and higbee is not worth 7 million, I hate to say this but neither is Hekker at 5 million. And of course our qb isn't cutting at 35 million a year. Also we could afford to lose woods or Kupp since we have "superstar" vance jefferson(mcvays words not mine) with basically the same skill set as woods and kupp on a rookie deal.

What is our cap savings if we get rid of all the guys I mentioned and Goff after June 1st. I know we will lose some other guys through free agency but we could possibly resign some key guys with the savings.im not advocating for dumping all of these guys but it's going to be some type of combo from this list IMO.
