Surely he didn’t think that Snead would have asked Goff for a salary reduction, right? NO player is gonna do that.
A restructure was doable, I guess, but hasn’t Goff already done one of those? And besides, wouldn’t it be counterproductive for the Rams to restructure Goff (again) if they had doubts about his Rams future? Heck, that’s the LAST thing they would want to do.
So, I guess I’m saying that I think Cowherd’s all wet on this theory, either way.
