Flint and coached at Michigan so he moves closer to home and picks up a coordinator title that teams are going to be throwing around like they used to do with the supervisor tag years ago. I wish the NFL made it more clear that position coaches can only move for OC or DC roles, however, I believe Pleasant wants to coach the whole secondary and gets that while going back home, even though, most people want to leave Michigan.
