Only one who seems like he's moving laterally is Pleasant (Has he actually left yet?). I know he got a title change, but it's really the same job.
As someone else pointed out, this is the second time he's been passed over for the DC position and he have realized this is a dead end for him. Interesting that Staley didn't interview.
That said, I'm sure there is McVay's way, and a wrong way, so you better be on board with the first. But I expect that of every head coach.
