Agree....the punishment doesn't fit the crime.
Kyle said they asked the head of officiating last year about the rule and why they haven't changed it? He said the guy said because it doesn't happen enough or in big enough games to change it
Hopefully they will come up with something that fixes it, cuz it is such a bizarre rule
