what QB competition? If there is no OL improvent a veteran QB that is availabe won't improve play unless they have great mobillity and arm talent. The mobility is critical to beating Goff all things being equal and Goffs arm talent is substantially better than a lot of available QBs and so a young talentt is more likely I would think.
