But, is it for next year? If Wolf pulls a Bulger, starts and looks really good in a win vs the Packers, is it still for next year? Or next game? To say this is just a medical issue with Goff, considering the uneven season without an injury is just as dishonest as saying McVay is looking to bump Goff out. The truth always lurks in the center. If Wolf kills it against the Packers, does Goff start the next game? If Wolf advances us to the Super Bowl, do you start Goff then? If we win the Super Bowl without Goff, you think everything just goes back to even after the season? If Goff is the one to come in, plays well, advances us to the Super Bowl, then I agree that this simmers down, obviously. But we aren't even there yet, and to act as if this is all agenda driven garbage not worthy of discussion is pretty disingenuous. The book hasn't been written yet, let's not act like we've already read it.
