While we don't know what is going on inside Ram hierarchy it would be equally consistent to view it as the organization being concerned that Goff's hand, with screws, etc, might be a problem in freezing weather. Apparently, and what do we know, Wolford is 100% healthy. That's the most beneficial take IMO.
