I do agree there's a point where you want to cap his carries a bit. But the thing is this offense is NOT going to beat Green Bay in Green Bay in January without Akers going off.
IMO we have a chance as long as Akers is healthy. Well that and as long as our defense can contain the Packers' offense. A healthy Akers moves the chains and keeps Rodgers on the sideline too, so I am hoping for sustained drives from the Rams and a huge time of possession difference in their favor.
If not, well, there's always next year. Because this is Aaron Rodgers running our offense. So yeah.
