the referees would be chosen who were the best through out the reg. season.....if that is the case it just shows how truly sorry the officiating has become.....they were terrible in our game, and almost as bad in the last game of the day.....There is no answer to it, because it is very evident that the concern is next to nil within the NFL.
This ongoing waiting to blow the whistle deal is going to end ugly at some point, injuries or over aggressive behavior. The play where 1 ref said it was a catch and another said it was incomplete.....the replay showed the guy never even touched the ball.....The call of Akers fumble when he was on his back on the ground when the ball was jacked loose......Just very poor work, and these are the best of the best.....LOL....
