I understand what you are arguing. I do. But how could the Rams run with abandon over a Belichick coached team and not over a team that hasn't won in 13 games-especially if Goff's purported weakness needs a running attack? I suppose what I'm saying is this last loss was more due to the lack of a running game than Goff. Few qbs in the NFL can succeed without some semblance of a running game. And no one argues that Goff belongs with the very few qbs that don't need a running game. Simply put, take any qb except the very, very, elite and put them on the Rams and you will get the same result-at least IMO.
