All the Rams had to do that day was not #### it up. But they did #### it and they did it royally.

Good points. IMO all they had to do was run the ball. They were getting 4.5 a carry. Miami's D is 28th in yards per rushing attempt allowed.

The Rams D did hold Miami to 148 yards so they did their job.

That's twice btw that the Rams offense got flat beat by a good defense that was coming off a bye. Miami, 2nd SF game.

Those were also Goff's worst 2 games.

Interestingly, the Jets put the offense in roughly the same position Miami did, and also SF in the 2nd game. But against the Jets, Goff did not start pressing and turning the the ball over. Pretty much the same circumstances as those 2 games, but, different result. He struggled, but did not press in that disastrous way he did in the previous 2 games.
