...the Rams-Jets game will be on the 50th anniversary of another game from 1970 that I remember. The Rams beat the Giants 31-3 in the final game of the season. That win might have gotten them into the playoffs, but the 49ers finished the season with a game that was meaningless to the opponent, the Raiders, which didn't even attempt to make the game competitive.
