Makes me think of the old NFL Films story on Colts LBer, Mike Curtis.

They interviewed former Colt, Bill Curry, who said the Colts hit a funk in their season. He said Mike Curtis addressed the team in a meeting but saying.....We are gonna win out (Last few games of season), get to the Super Bowl and win. We all are gonna bust our butts in practice to get ready. And if I see anyone slacking, I will kick your a$$!" Curry said that they followed instructions. It was a VERY old school story and sorta funny the way Curry told it.
