It's a job that can be spread around. Next year for example they could pass that torch to Fuller.

Johnson is good but the Rams (as I know you know) have a long history going back to 2012 of turning up DB replacements. Last year they dumped 2 CBs, then 2 CBs got injured, and they STILL played solid at CB. Who is 5-6 deep at corner? Well the Rams were. In fact they let 3 go from last year (Talib, Peters, Robey-Coleman) and are STILL deep at corner.

They find them all sorts of ways too. UDFAs, young ronin cut from other teams, high draft picks, low draft picks, free agents, trades.

Everything I said about CBs applies to safeties too. Every time they turn around they're stumbling over another good safety.

Short version: yeah I Iike Johnson too but I won't be worried when he leaves.
