they need to tweak the salary cap a bit.....

hate seeing homegrown players that blossom into stars only to see them leave to another team because the salary cap won't allow us to keep them.

Wish they could come up with some sort of way for teams that draft well be rewarded and allowed to keep their draft picks that become valuable starters somehow.....I know it seems far fetched, but there has to be a better way to be able to hold on to your draft picks for more than 4 years..... It sucks, but being good is almost impossible to hold on to your homegrown talent and your assistant coaches
