not sure why you are so confused tho' - you and I both know there is a 3 hour difference in time
I'm simply saying its not fair to have a west coast team travel and lose the 3 hours. Obviously, if the Rams travel back east and play a 1 o'clock game on the east coast the audience on the west coast is watching at 10 am pst. That and the player's clock is still operating at 10 am
All I am saying is when any west coast team travels east make sure they don't have such a disadvantage by playing the game in the later time slot 4 pm est (1 pm pst)
The record of teams traveling back east and playing that early game is fairly well known and miserable
Also, I keep up with the ratings waterfield... so regardless of how long its been going on. West coast viewers tune in in significantly lower numbers at 10 pst than they would for the later game.
The NFL wants to establish the Rams on the west coast... put their games on TV when most people are watching ... which isn't 10 am in the morning
