Um, both Corbett and Boom were ineffective and I remember Hav getting beaten badly as well. Save one play, there was no run game whatsoever.
This offense is predicated on consistency and there was none. Goff made some terrible decisions. The refs were atrocious. But what is to be learned from this?
I'm happy to see that the simplistic run scheme so well known by Shanny is getting some spotlight on this forum. But given the way holding was being allowed, perhaps the in game adjustment would've been to do some of our own, I dunno.
Our real hope here is that this is our last game where the entire offensive operation loses focus. This is where McVay and Goff have to earn it, own it, and dig deeper. If that happens, all is forgiven. If not, another long offseason awaits.
