I can have an opinion garnered from what I see on my TV....that's part of being a fan.....I see a guy who usually sits by himself, I would love to see interaction with his backup, with his OC....working/ talking about things they see from the sidelines.....Every time I see him he's either looking at his tablet, or just looking around...He is what he is...he doesn't seem to be much of a talking type guy.
Again this is his 5th year, he has an elite WR group, he has a solid TE team, he has capable RB's with good pass skills......He has to hit important plays on a much higher consistency....he's not doing it, for year 5 he is not doing it enough....When it's time to run out a game he can't muster it up....he's got to hit guys on short flats, or slants if the run game isn't working.....he's got to do that it's year 5.
All the parts around him move, go on, sometimes get injured and are not the same again....it's very important that he start showing up and not like 2-3 games at a time.....Actually we sit at home and wonder at what time he and the offense will disappear, and for how long.....
Love to see him get going, but again it starts with being reliable...he's not reliable....Start with ending the delay of games....that would be a start.....then go on to getting the ball out faster and wiser.....on an every game type deal.....And by ending something I mean that it ends...you never see it or very rarely see it.
