I do think every coach does that. They know their qb's flaws and game plan accordingly. The problem is when the opposing coaches like Belichick and Shanahan can defense the game plan. Every qb in the NFL has flaws. The better coaches can disguise them.

As a side note the better qbs are the ones with eyesight. Not just every day eyesight but sideline to sideline eyesight. Almost like a bird of prey. Montana didn't have extraordinary physical skills but he did have extraordinary eyesight. Same with Brady. THey saw the entire field ad the snap of the ball and knew what was happening. Other than these two the closest I have seen to them was Kurt Warner. He is said to have been able to read defenses not only before the snap but also at the snap. What's interesting is that none of these three were high draft choices. I suspect that is because no one has yet to come up with a measurable test for sideline to sideling eyesight.
