He’s hamstrung by Goff.
Goff is a physically limited drop back QB whose only talent is being able to make short to intermediate throws in a pristine environment. He’s not a franchise QB unless you consider his draft position and salary. By performance, Goff is a huge liability McVay is trying to overcome putting an offense together.
Goff is a turnover machine whose negatives far outweigh his positives. Only question now is how long before he’s gone.
