As far as incremental pieces to add in 2021 and beyond I would say 1 and 2 are Edge and LT as most critical.
They have really good pieces in the secondary (and have shown good ability to develop DBs), with Donald, etc. But I think elite defenses are built and sustained on both really good pass coverage (DBs) and consistent pass rush. The Rams still need that. They'll go into 2021 with Lewis and Hollins as pieces but need more- and not just bodies. Things like run-defending ILBs, etc. are window dressing by comparison.
Offensively, while AW is still playing really well obviously, maintaining quality LT play is essential to this offense. Do they have that in house with Noteboom or Evans? Maybe, maybe not. Will they need to use their 1st round pick in 2022 on one? Possibly.
