I realize this has come up before, but it really hit home for me after Sunday's game.....is Goff force feeding Kupp to the detriment of the offense?
It's not like he doesn't have other options in the TEs, Woods, Jefferson and Reynolds.
At one point on Sunday, Kupp had 11 targets and the rest of the team combined had 11. I'm not sure that's not the plan.
Goff has always locked on. I was hoping it would be something he outgrew with experience.
Given the locking on and his struggles to know where the blitz is coming from and what to do under pressure, I think he is still underdeveloped in reading defenses.
