It's not like he doesn't have other options in the TEs, Woods, Jefferson and Reynolds.

I say yes Dog. In the Miami game the announcers mentioned how Goff said something to the effect that if they don't double Kupp, Kupp is going to have a BIG game.

IMO, that was part of the plan for this game. Feed Kupp. I think they even worked on it during the week. Well that plan didn't work too well and Goff kept with the "script" trying to force it to him.
