he was never as great as he was before he wrecked his knee at Georgia. Someone called him a "beast" on this board but the real beast was when he was at his peak at Georgia. Torn ACLs are all different. I suspect when the Rams drafted him they believed his wasn't career ending and at 80% he would be better than any other NFL backs. And he was very good for a couple of years but never the "real" Todd Gurley displayed at Georgia.
