Message boards are emotional and volatile places.
Last year I was posting (on another board) that Gurley was not the same guy, and I was getting all this push back that he was being timed as very fast by some stat site, and I was mocked for not knowing what I was talking about.
It all led to me getting banned. It's just the emotional aspect of being a die hard fan. Someone says something negative about your favorite player (regardless of the truth) and the ugliness starts.
I guess I just don't belong on any message boards that don't allow any negative viewpoints on Rams players. So be it. I'm not happy that I was right, but I'm glad the Rams moved on from Gurley, that was the right thing to do.
