If I wanted relaxation I'd put on a Kenny G album and sip Chardonnay. 
As for as optimism.. said I AM that in the first post.
The two losses being close.... that's not an upbeat thing for me.... I don't see it as "oh it was so close so we're ok'... I see it as 'we ain't there yet'. Gotta get to work.
