Forbath was signed on the 20th and the NFL Covid protocol says that he can't join the team until the 25th, the day before the game.

Forbath is 33, hasn't appeared in a game this year, and only appeared in 7 games over the previous 2 seasons - 4 last year and 3 in 2018. The Rams might actually want to see him kick before handing the job to him!!
