....it was a beautiful throw for a TD and after watching the all 22 it's even better
First of, Reynolds looks to be Goff's third read and the Niners are in a cover 4 defense....If Goff stares down Reynolds and throws that too early the deep safety on left side would have had a much better chance of getting back there for help, but since he waited and used his eyes to hold the safety, the safety had to hold his ground as the underneath crossing route was coming to him. Goff goes thru his progressions and lets it fly to Reynolds
Reynolds makes great catch and the results were a much needed TD.....too bad defense couldn't hold on the following possession ....have a feeling Rams would have made that game interesting at the end
