Reynolds pass was wobbly and Cooks pass was a tight spiral.
The spiral will go through the air faster/easier than the wobble and I think the time it takes for each type of throw to travel would make a huge difference in the outcome of the plays. Speaking in terms of ease of catch.
Why was Reynolds throw wobbly....sometimes you just throw faster than you're ready and mechanics fail.
